WHEN: On August 27, 2011, La Crosse will be hosting the 9th Annual La Crosse Pride Festival. La Crosse Pride is a community based organization that seeks to educate, celebrate, and embrace the diversity and talents of all people. The purpose of La Crosse Pride is to build bridges and develop a community in which all individuals are accepted and treated equally. We also wish to acknowledge and celebrate the unique contributions and gifts of the LGBT community in the 7 Rivers Region.

ATTENDANCE: Our celebration will be held at the South Side Oktoberfest Grounds in Downtown La Crosse. We are expecting over 500+ guests of all ages which will take place rain or shine. We hope to increase that attendance this year with many family activities, informational sessions and quality entertainment.

HOURS: The Fest hours are from 12:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 27, 2011. Set up may start at 9:00 am, and should be completed by 11:30 am on Saturday. This year we are offering 2 tear down times (6:00 and 11:00 pm), and are requesting that all booths be torn down by 11:00 pm.
